This majestic baroque temple, built in pink quarry, features mostly Doric order ornamentations and neoclassic altarpieces. Its construction began in 1660 and was finalized in 1744. Among the many treasures it shelters, we find a neoclassical baptismal font from the 18th century, the 18th century silver altar frame known as the Manifestador de plata, the Monumental organ elaborated in the beginnings of the last century with its 4600 pipes, the church’s icon titled Señor de la Sacristia (Lord of the vestry) elaborated in the 16th century using the pre-Hispanic technique "corn cane paste", and the valuable paintings located in the sacristy and the chapter house.
