This chapel is located in the town of Pomacuaran, in the municipality of Paracho de Verduzco. It was built in the 16th century; on one of the outer walls you can read "1672" which is believed to be the date on which the first reconstruction was carried out. The nave is bordered by stone walls with mud and lime. The roof was finely painted with religious figures and symbols. The celebrations in honor of the patron saint of the chapel are held every September 29th.
